Delivery Policy

Service delivery begins only after payment is confirmed and onboarding is completed.

For monthly services:

  • Work is delivered within the agreed monthly cycle

  • Content plans and drafts are shared for client review before posting

  • Posting begins once content is approved

  • Reports are shared at the end of each cycle

For project-based services:

  • Delivery timelines are agreed in advance

  • Timelines may change if client feedback or approvals are delayed

Cirqora Limited is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late feedback

  • Missing brand assets

  • Delayed account access

  • Platform outages or restrictions

We aim to deliver services consistently, clearly, and on schedule.
