Cirqora Limited offers a money-back guarantee under specific conditions to protect clients.

Clients may request a refund within the first 60 days if:

  • Agreed services are not delivered

  • There is a clear failure to meet the agreed scope

Refunds are not issued if:

  • Work has already been completed and approved

  • Delays were caused by the client

  • The client changes direction or strategy mid-service

  • The client decides to stop for personal or business reasons

  • Services have already been actively delivered

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

This policy ensures fairness while respecting the time and effort invested in service delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice.

Cancellation rules:

  • Cancellations apply to future billing periods only

  • Current or completed billing cycles are non-refundable

  • Work already completed will be delivered before service ends

Cirqora Limited may also cancel services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not made

  • Communication breaks down

  • Expectations become misaligned

We aim to keep cancellations respectful and professional on both sides.


Asset Retention & Ownership Policy

All content created by Cirqora Limited belongs to the client after payment is made.

This includes:

  • Graphics

  • Captions

  • Templates

  • Content plans

  • Strategies

  • Reports

Even if the client stops working with Cirqora Limited, all delivered assets remain theirs permanently.

We do not withhold content, lock files, or restrict access after service ends.
