By booking a call, approving a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

Cirqora Limited provides social media management and marketing services based on the agreed scope discussed during onboarding. This includes strategy, content creation, posting, engagement support, and reporting depending on the selected service.

Services are provided on a monthly or project basis. Results such as follower growth, engagement levels, or sales cannot be guaranteed, as social media platforms are controlled by third-party algorithms and audience behaviour. However, Cirqora Limited commits to delivering all agreed services professionally and on time.

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their brand and business

  • Grant necessary access to social media accounts

  • Respond to content reviews and approvals within a reasonable time

  • Respect timelines and communication processes

Cirqora Limited reserves the right to refuse service, pause work, or discontinue a contract if:

  • The client violates platform rules

  • The client engages in unethical or illegal activity

  • Communication becomes abusive or unprofessional

  • Required information or access is not provided

These terms exist to protect both the client and Cirqora Limited and ensure a smooth working relationship.
